I've never seen a company treat their employees so poorly, as Mondelez does to their staff.
Most companies would love to have tenured, long term staff, holding the company together, doing whatever it takes for the company, but not Mondelez.
They want a lot of employees out, you know, because "they make too much money." Meanwhile all the fat fu--s upper crust management is taking in hundreds of thousands to millions in salary, bonuses, and other forms of compensation.
You see Mondelez has been cutting, and cutting, and cutting, any and all benefits, pay, bonuses, etc from their lower level employees, you know THE PEONS, for so long, there's nothing left to cut, so now they got to find a way to get rid of anyone making a decent wage due to all their years of tenure.
That's right, they want all LOW PAID EMPLOYEES WITH LITTLE TO NO BENEFITS. Basically enslaved, indentured employees.
Sickening isn't it?
