I don't even know why I put in any effort anymore. Here, if you work hard, you will only be rewarded with more work and in the end you will be a target despite being a top performer. That's the Humana way. I am very disappointed.

The members are going to suffer because of this poorly run organization. Bb and the senior leaders can put an spin on it they want. The only opportunity this brings is a larger bo us for their families and more chaos for the actual workers. I wish every worker (of peon status dealing with the moral bs) the best of luck in the future. For senior leaders, I hope the media finds out how morally corrupt you are and smears your reputation. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
The members are the ones that make the job so great, I'm sad for them because where does that leave them...
Honestly, I am struggling to stay motivated. Staying focused on doing what is best for members is what keeps me going at this point. Prayers for everyone.
