If I get the email this week or month, can I sell them next week/month?
(I know, only 25% will be vested.)

Yet to get the rsu email too though my line manager did communicate about the allocation

The email tells you what your grant is, and no, you can’t sell them until they vest. You are correct, 25% vesting per year AFTER they are granted. Good luck,
