People should leave now, jobs galore. With the economy where its at, best opportunity to get back on your feet. This has been predicted for a long time, here it is! Gonna get worse from here, mark my word.

HST consisting of anywhere between 20-30 stores per territory. Rural areas will be different because of geography. Each HST could see 2-4 and possibly 5 FT order writers. They are basically becoming the role of what we know now as a rep, minus the monthly bonus and company car. They will ultimately be in the ones impacting objectives. Reps who are lucky enough to stay oversee the orderwriters and develop a visit schedule to go into $ maker accounts and upsell displays. Reps will NOT be throwing orders or writing shelf orders unless you sell a display. There will not be swing reps because there is nothing to cover. When a rep is on vacation everything is being handled by order writers. My advice, start planning now. Look for a vehicle, look for a job. Have a plan and don’t be surprised if you get a severance. Just take it and go. Some will be better off than others but it could be a whole new door of opportunity for you. I’ve seen people go before all of this and are in a much happier place. I can tell you I probably won’t buy another Nabisco item moving forward. Many of us know the end is inevitable, this is just a first step.
