Any updates on how adjustments are being made for salary compression due to the upcoming $22/hr minimum wage? Seems kinda quiet from management.

Our dept was notified if you’re already making over $22/hr you will get 5% raise eff 10/1
They just posted new salary ranges effective 10/1/22, but only grades 109 and below were updated.
Ha! They aren’t going to update job grades. It’ll be the bare minimum
seems odd that the new job grade and salary structure hasn't been shared yet.
