Hearing rounds of promotions and incentives are starting to make their way around in marketing. People who long earned those dollars were axed, so many undeserving can reap the benefits. Some deserve it, some deserve to join the cuts. Good riddance.

Honestly any raise is overdue at this company. I’ve had great reviews and no raise in over 5 years. With inflation it is terrible how Oracle has chosen to operate.
