I thought I'd stay here for a while longer, but these layoffs opened my eyes. I'm probably not the only one who now has all doubts cleared whether to stay a little longer or run from here? Maybe there is something good in all this awfulness, and that is that these cuts will be a much needed kick for many to start looking for something better......
