enjoyable morning reading with my coffee. It all went wrong when we got the gift of Obama care.
How about starting with all the redundant AVP’s in the same organization. Example, Susan Smith has 8 AVP’s of Strategy Advancement. What do they do for starters and why do you need 8? When we switched to workday, we were told the organization would have less titles. Complete opposite has occurred. There is so much buddy buddy titles handed out like candy if you know what I mean.
For who? Just senior management or for the worker bees also?
