Most teams in CX is cut down to skeleton . CX Sales Cloud and CX B2B Service Orgs does not seem to have been affected that bad . Or would there be more layoffs there as well
OCX is not gone but its on life support with a do not resuscitate order. Only a skeleton staff remains so don't expect any new features and minimal maintenance.
Looks like shashi Seth had tons of experience working at many companies prior to Oracle. It will be Oracle’s loss.
What I heard is CX team is gone and Datafox product will be shut down in coming months.
This layoff is clearly not annual deck cleanup. This is more like to take revenge for losing to Salesforce.
