No on wants to be laid off but it happens . Wake up and smell the coffee. Our department is over staffed. Labor is the most expensive item a company has . Humana wants and needs to get lean and mean . Be prepared. Trick or treat . I hear October will be pink .

Probably be same timing as RIF last year everyone was gone by December 15th
It sounds like CPSS (consumer and provider services) will be impacted, as quite a few of their upper leadership team is "retiring", and continued growth with external partners in Manila, PR, etc. But they said assessments in the fall, and then make decisions, so it sounds like maybe it will be a pink slip Christmas.
I wish we knew what department so we would know if we were going to be let go in October/November.
Humana is the hunger games. Anyone could be next.
Does anyone think these senior leaders are leaving voluntarily? I don’t think so!!!
