Does anyone have any information about engagement surveys? Are we getting them this year or no because of all the lay offs and restructuring?

Unfortunately, this for profit organization doesn't care about their employees. The only concern is about profiting off their sick members and cutting corners/costs any way they can. An employee engagement survey shows what's going on under the covers, so Humana won't invest (especially this year). They'd prefer to spin stories into perfect experiences, that should cause embarrassment. This organization should be ashamed.
Not happening this year. Just the pulse surveys
I'm thinking the engagement survey is number #72 on the list of what's keeping all of us up at night.
