Please tell me HGBU-FBGBU are laying off people! This has got to be the worst acquisition since Sun yet most of the Micros people are still running it in the ground. Losing money and customers, horrible references and declining sales, lay them off or sell them off but fix it.

U don't know anything about those groups. Both groups are up 30% unlike the current team that you are on.
