Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Nobody is even trying

I don't know of one manager who is doing anything to improve the record-low morale and slow down attrition. I don't know of one manager who has talked to employees about our concerns or tried to reassure us that things will improve. Not one of them is trying to give people a reason to stay. They simply don't care. They want us gone even if that means being severely understaffed. That's our sad reality.

THANK YOU for letting us know! Does help even if some people do not want to know about the train coming our way.

Directors, AD, Managers all on the way out. What was HAH prior to COVID-19 will be eviscerated.

Mid level leadership doesn’t know anything either. Seems most of the reorg is at a higher level.

The Managers are working under the same uncertainty. Some of the department reviews push them to apply more pressure, while at the same time demand they improve engagement. I don't recognize the workplace from any of the communications sent by senior leaders. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Not in my department. Our manager has been acknowledging the tension and uncertainty
