Even “keepings the light on” is going to be tough- in a lot of cases, the entire dev teams of people who really knew how some things worked- are gone. The remaining customer support people don't have them to fall back on anymore.

From what I understand, none of the marketing suites are performing well in financials.
Are we seeing the same with other products like Rsys or Elq. has it hit Dev teams?

This aligns with Maximyser being put out to pasture. Tough to see, but rumors of the product being end of life have persisted for quite a while. Also seeing Commerce is done too.

Infinity is being merged into Unity.

Seems like everything that remains on CX is being wound down to “keep the light on” which doesn’t bode well for the suite’s future.

none from IDC, however, surprisingly number of daily emails have reduced, even outages.
