You know who needs to be laid off? Cookie cutter directors and district managers that use micro managing tactics that are archaic and barbaric to try to get sales teams to produce. When you send passive aggressive messages in slack that just push store managers away and than force managers to go on calls that pretty much cr-p on us is not the way to get us to work with you. I don't know how bad it is anywhere else but here in northern New England it seems like this is the norm.
My guess is GNT. Not the core teams building the network but some of the more aspirational and support stuff.
