Even before these layoffs, Oracle already had issues with talent retention, because all capable people realized a long time ago that something is wrong here. I think that these layoffs will further encourage the departure of talents who survive. I can't even imagine what the situation here will be like after the layoffs? What kind of workplace will it be without talents?

Oracle is comprised of snakes and mice. They like the snakes because they are ruthless. They like the mice because they will do as they are told and keep their mouths shut. Oracle is no place for anyone with a functioning moral compass. Been there. Not there anymore.
Without talents? I think not!
There are tons of talent remaining, just not the talent you would normally consider. There are talent at manipulation. There is a talent at passing work to others. There is a talent for taking credit for other peoples work.
Yes, there is a ton of talent at Oracle.
Talented people aren’t lazy. I’d agree. Anybody with an opportunity will take it.
Snoozers drawing a paycheck. My last year at Oracle was a blast. Didn't care and was glad to get the package.
