IDK. I tend to stay away from jobs where the titles are inscrutable to the average person.

Good:
Software Engineer
Tech support rep.
Cost accountant

You can tell or assume what these folks do

Bad:
Anything DEI (sorry. It’s a corporate fad like ISO9000 it will fade. Not saying it should!!)
Anything “Experience”. (Can you define from the job title.)
Anything “Ninja”, “guru”, etc. (a ploy that attracts miserable people who think they are King Sh*t)

If you cannot get thru the job description, let alone figure out what it means, just scroll by.

Just trying to provide my observations from 25+ years in tech at places like O and others, good and bad.

Exactly what does Customer Experience Unit do? Is it more like "Customer Success Manager"?
