ITO agency cuts last week in Dearborn and India.
So far not seeing a pattern in who gets the axe. Some of the agency who were cut were far more capable and doing far more work than the blue stripes. SMH at some of the agency DBA who were cut and the inept Ford DBA that remain. Either there is going to be a significant blue stripe cut, or the LL6 and LL5 are playing their usual games of protecting their friends. The LL5 and LL6 should both go, their only skills are Ford gamesmanship.

Agency cuts have been going on for at least the past month in IT.
Some are Ford as well.
Thats why i wasnt surprised when the mews finally leaked the 8k layoff number and it was pretty unprofessional too i mean ICE vs EV cmon!
Same. Contracting house looking to deploy the cut elsewhere. I guess the LL2’s wife who keeps posting October doesn’t count the 2022 serial agency cuts as cuts. My suspicion is the posts were to lull people and keep them working hard while her husband does the trimming. Gots to get his bonus
There were agency cuts is several departments in IT on Friday. Not sure how many overall, but some in mine and I have talked to others that confirmed they also had cuts too.
I heard the same. At least some people in IT were cut Friday. I think purch services and or agency people.
