Give some examples on how your manager tries to micromanage you. Maybe they stand next to you, not to help but maybe just listen to see if you are selling everything you are supposed to sell. Maybe they needlessly ask what you are working on every single customer? Give some examples here, and we will burn them to the ground.

How can managers micromanage anything when they are always at the door greeting or on calls in the back ?
This whole company is a human centipede of micromanaging managers, each with their head firmly up the re---m of the person below them "inspecting for behaviors"
Reps are just at the head or re---m depending how you look at it; because we don't have to micromanage anyone.
It's not just retail and frontlines that are ran like this and this poorly. It's all areas of the company.
