Any changes to the standard severance terms for the departing folks. Sorry to hear about the cuts, given all the rumors about big CX hits that we had over last two months I guess nobody is surprised any more. Let's see how this one ends up, it feels like a big one and it feels they are not done yet. If it's true that they allocated $1B for reorg costs, there will be a lot of cuts here, at $1B it feels like 3K to 5K headcount reduction. Good luck all.
