I know I'm not the only one who spent the weekend stressing. It's only going to get worse from here. I'm at the point where I'm hoping we learn about layoffs on Monday if possible and be done with the whole thing by the end of the week. If I'm laid off it'll hurt but I'll deal with it. Just waiting to learn for who knows how long while being stuck in limbo is worse, in my opinion.

Ready for this to be over as well. I’m safe - for now - but this is a sinking ship. No way I’ll make it to FY24 as there isn’t enough in the pipe and with all these cuts I’m not sure how that improves. Plus the bonuses aren’t coming in so there’s the financial hit too.
I want to get out of here, but no one is biting on my resume and most of my network is at companies with hiring freezes. Right as we head into a deep recession. Great.

For those of you who do, take care and stay strong, it will be over soon and My hope is that you find something bigger and better. The 0 does not deserve the great people they are cutting loose.
I think it has started. If you are on the list you probably will have a 1x1 with your boss Monday morning. Well, I have one my early morning tomorrow. I am already hurt and just want it to be over.
And it won't just be this week either. They will be making more changes after CloudWorld, and with the mess going on with Cerner and the VA... it's going to be a show for awhile.
