Maybe it's me, but how are workers expected to thrive at their jobs when there is more changes than security, job firings than hiring and more people leaving at higher levels everyday. Apparently, the Humana "Perfect Experience" is to neglect your family's finacial/health security and well-being and put this organization first when the opposite is clearly untrue. I'm just sad that this is the reality we are forced to work through until new opportunities arise.
