Who is responsible for toxic workplace?

It's no wonder that talents are leaving here, the negativity in the workplace has become almost unbearable. Who is responsible for that? I am afraid that if they do not find a way to fix this unhealthy atmosphere it will be even more difficult to succeed in retaining people. Though the question is whether it's gone too far already and is it even possible to fix this mess anymore?

@1trn+1hztZV5s I'm well aware. I try to dilute my message here to make it more digestible for open minded people that haven't figured it out yet.

That you tube post was nine months ago. He’s tanked the company within that nine months.

@1lpr+1hztZV5s, the next questions you should as yourself is who owns blackrock. It isn't Larry Fink. Once you figure that out. The next question you should ask is who owns them. Eventually, you will see they are all part of the same tribe of folks who have been parasites for centuries.

(Larry Fink) at blackrock is the one responsible for subjecting America to the CSR "woke" nonsense nobody asked for. blackrock is essentially the 4th branch of government that nobody voted for. not that anyone cares or is aware.

Why be concerned with Franks toxic values? Better solution is find a place without, head there, and let Frank and KKR sort out the effects of a toxic place on their stock.

I wish there was a group that promoted traditional values.
