I despise this company more and more. Super territories seem to be the new DSD?

Me also. I signed up last time and didnt get it. Curuous. How many years and how old?
Hoping there is severance, that will be my time as I am not going to loose what I have now and still be expected to do the same job.
Any rep that does not make the cut let’s say will be given the option to be a order writer/full time merchandiser. Things are changing big time next year. All starting in January with mission 1 going into effect. Probably April 1st going live like usual with changes. I’m sure GS will have his call In January for severance like 2 years ago. They are slowing weeding all the reps out as the position is really no longer needed.
Sad thing as a rep right now you could go to Frito as a rsa and start at $1010 a week plus real overtime, I don’t think mondelez really cares if we stick around, my manager is nervous and hopes no one leaves as mentioned they are not replacing reps
Positions aren't being backfilled!
I'm not sure if severance will be offered when mission 1 completely transitions!
I'm hearing that you'll be offered a full-time order writer position.
So what’s happening to the extra reps is there severance?
Same here in Ohio
Some HST have already begun
I’m hearing the end of the year we will be seeing hst in the Chicago area
High selling territory- HST
What does HST stand for?
Our Michigan teams already have 2 HST with another coming this year. 2023 all will be HST.
If Q2 2023 is last, does that mean some are starting soon? If so would expect some things to start leaking out.
Great lakes is the last region to implement the super territory's. My DM said mission 1 to be implemented by Q2 2023
I’m in the Chicago area and we haven’t heard a thing yet?
i would not count on the severance......if there is one it will be limited to a certain number of people.
So will there supposedly be reductions and severence associated with this?
I’m in Great Lakes with GS. We have 2 currently going with HST routes and a 3rd coming soon. 2023 Will all be HST.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they roll out the rest of the country at around the same time as the NE.
All this company cares about since the rona started is profits. Less reps and more slaves = more money for share holders.
Last straw for me was my yearly raise. Every other company was giving out decent ones because of inflation. I got a quarter. Cheap fu--s.
Any word on time table for GreatLakes. Not sure what North East consists of. Our guy is GS.
That was one of the worst parts of the job, being in charge of babysitting merchandisers. Now with the revolving door, no thank you. Getting out of this dump was the best thing I ever did for myself. I was back on my feet, supporting my family the next day.
Be brave!
Love how they keep everything hidden. In the Northeast they rolled out a few super territories last reroute, but the RVP was against it. It didn't work in the past. Giving a rep 20+ stores to manage while babysitting peons to do the work. No bueno.
They keep making all these subtle changes (sh-t force) and I asked my DM about it and was told in the Northeast they are rolling it out April of '23. Nice for him to know, but keep it secret.
Sooner or later if this is the plan i would think they have to do more than just not fill openings. My team has not had anyone leave for long while. Give me severance and ill help them. Lol
Just got our first one do to not backfilling a rep position
Western region
north carolina
Ohio
Super Territories makes so much sense. back to the days of calling on the customer and merchandisers throw the orders
Midwest.
Florida
Nothing in Great Lakes to my knowledge. Just do it
I am in the North East, haven't seen any super territories yet. I know something is coming, but when.
Question, in what region are you guys seeing super territories? I’m in the Midwest and we haven’t seen it as of yet and what’s happening to surplus of reps it’s cre-tea where you are.
That's a term they coined for giving reps two times the work! Any fool can see through that! So many jobs available, where they actually appreciate their employees!
