What about tittles and time off vacation time ,the sickness rap plan ,and holidays thts stuff os all important too
And, of course, 2 reps on the Board, including Exec Compensation committee.
Along with no NDS allowed for "settlements."
Ours is along these lines as rumor has it.
The 2.75% raise we just got will become a 4% raise and the 3% raise that was scheduled for 2023 will also be 4%.
The remaining years look like 3% with some COLA language for added protection, language to follow.
