I'm always expected to stay longer, always expected to change my plans because I don't have a family and everybody around me does. Well, frankly, I don't give a damn that I have no major responsibilities outside of work. I have a life I live and enjoy living right now. Me wanting to go to the movies with my friends is important to me, thank you very much. You decided to get married and have kids. I shouldn't have to be the one to suffer the consequences of your decision. /rant

Suck it up buttercup. It’s called putting in your time. You just have to sacrifice 10 years, and it will all work out. Once you prove your loyalty, company will take care of you. First 10 years, moved 4 times for the man and sitting good now if soft HQ job. It will all work out.
