Has anyone heard what this round of reduction in force (RIF) severance package is? BB&T was minimum 8 weeks or two weeks for every year served, I think the cap was 50 weeks. Curious to see if they go with H SunTrust severance.

Glad I exited March 31st, with the early retirement package offered back in June 2021. I knew they wouldn't offer that again after almost 2,500 employees took it. This took Truist by surprise, the amount of money they paid out. Good luck to all those left and the faith of the bank.
It’s in Workday, 1.5 weeks per year of service non-officer and 2 weeks per year for officers.
