According to the post. It is 1.5% each year. So that would e 4.5%

Is the pension increase 5% per year or 5% total? Thanks

I'm not surprised. A strike would have been a disaster for the company.

Rumor has it’s something along these lines.
The 2.75% raise we just got will become a 4% raise and the 3% raise that was scheduled for 2023 will also be 4%.
The remaining years look like 3% with some COLA language for added protection, language to follow.
$750 signing bonus
$2500 RSU's for newer highers
Increased retirement benefits for VZB
Work from home extended through contract, but more language to follow, may be a little different for different titles/departments.

  1. 5% pension increases for 2024, 2025, and 2026

900 jobs added
we won a ton of, if not all of the 5G work, more language to follow
CPS award stays
lump sum option stays
modest increase in medical

Union didnt ask for input on what the membership thinks is important in this contract,WHY.cause we just got sold under the table probably just like in 2010.they will tell you OH everything else stays the same and then they give you a contract book in 2025 and when you read it .You will be like OH sh--,t we got Screwed..

The only thing they have agreed on is to agree to agree to continue agreeing to meet .If it is any kinda extension without a fight you know were getting completely sold out you will get an increase in medical equal to your wage increase along with higher copays ,Forced vaccination for thos le not vaccinated,Agreement on movement flexibility in a greater mileage distance,With no cost of living increase but with any luck you keep your pension and job the union may even get to expand their membership all while in 4 years were really either retired or screwed
