OCI needs to stop the hemorrhaging of employees leaving before they can take on more customers.
OCI/Oracle is resume death. The Cerner folks better flee before they go the way of other acquisitions (hello, Oracle Advertising) who are nigh on unemployable now.

Right before all the longtime Cerner customers decide to leave Oracle for a different solution.
