read the severance agreement in silk road, it gives the specifics for payout
You still have access to ADP for up to 180 days. If you log in now you should see a possible pending paycheck for tomorrow. I see mine is hitting tomorrow but yes, it’s heavily taxed because it is taxed at a supplemental rate. About 22%.
They are starting to pay out but is heavily taxed
I would contact HR immediately. That’s over 3 weeks and completely unacceptable.
