Attrition is ki----g my unit and we are all burning out. forced weekend and holiday shifts eliminates work life balance. You want extra money? work weekend shifts. company pulling in tons of money, cloud services going great and no whispers of raises in over a year. Think about it some more, why don't you? Keep dragging your feet and soon there will be nobody to answer the phone.

A friend of mine told me that they had received an offer this morning. I sad my goodbyes there and then. Who would stay with an offer in hand?

Think the world knows the problem that Oracle has become.. Take care of yourself. Shame on Oracle for losing the wrong people, serves them right to have to be left in their own den of thieve …abuse & attacking each other den of thieves attack each other’.

I have been here long enough. Just wanted to stay long enough to look good on a resume. To stay any longer than 2 years will just deteriorate my position, let alone the bigger bucks to be earned elsewhere! Inflation is eating away at my base, and if there are no raises, then it is time to go!
I’m leaving! They had me sign a contract and now saying they are cancelling and having me sign worse contract. The contract was already … reasonable… wtf . I like oracle but stupid
