Any idea what areas of Humana will be affected?
Wishing everyone the best. Such a stressful time
Salesforce restructure occurring now. Everyone is in fear of losing their jobs. Morale is at an all-time low.
What kind of severance does Humana pay?
Much of Humana’s labor is already outsourced to offshore locations. HR, IT, CIT nursing and admin staff, claims and post service work mostly being done in a foreign country now. Will only get worse since the US has a labor shortage and offshore labor is cheap and the quality comparable to US staff.
Are they outsourcing HR to foreign countries? Or just overstaffed enough to lay people off?
I thought they were looking at other cost cutting measures and looking to increase the SNP population, because that’s where the higher reimbursement rates are?
Wonder if HUMCS is going to be safe this round? I’m so tired of layoffs all the time. For the associates who are being impacted my heart goes out to you and I wish you a better job.
So far it is just Human Resourcea impacted by layoffs. I don’t know who else is going to be impacted but we should expect to see them throughout the summer. Good luck to everyone.

Clarifying that layoffs will continue throughout the entire company in July-August and that they already have the targeted list.
