Few remember that BB&T had a higher credit SunTrust…. Looks like STI management is running things swell
I am not surprised in the least. I had an issue with my account, and while it was finally resolved, it was apparent there are big problems at Truist. I talked to three different people (all were nice), and was given three different answers. It scared me to the point I am closing my account.
Get it together Truist! I am counting on my pension!
