It sounds like he wanted jobs he wasn't qualified to fill. He was eventually hired to a junior position, but was laid off due to covid (his words). This guy sounds like @ 20% of the people I worked with at WF. Unqualified, lazy, and using racism as an excuse as to why they failed.
I love how the forced DEI cr-p is falling apart at least for the hiring process.
Also note that this guy has almost a new job every year. Maybe not the best source
I understand his issue, but in all honesty, most of us are treated like "less than human" by Wells Fargo. This is nothing new or unique.
