Obviously, Concord office is flooded with COVID cases that now they require wearing masks and testing weekly until 14 days without COVID case. This means wearing masks indefinitely as the more people test the more positive cases will be found.
Why insisting on having ever At the office when they know it is fu---d up and out of control.
I barely said hello to 2 people since the start of RTO. We just are checking a box, enduring financial hardship, energy waste and providing negative business impact as the overall productivity is way down now. CALLING THEM STUPID DOES NO JUSTICE TO STUPID!!

It’s Concord, California
lol, the # of people getting boosters has absolutely tanked. Apparently even some of the most militant about mandates etc a year ago are finally starting to "get it". I'm guessing that 90%+ of WF employees have not been boosted in the last 4 months and aren't planning on it. Pharma will keep trying to sell it though.
Cut it out, we all knew that this was going to happen and it is a matter of time. WF had 2 years to create a safe working environment for the RTO they were dying to achieve but did nothing. All things they touted to popularize RTO turned out to be a bunch of lies.
Have you got a booster in the last 4 months? The CDC recommends them every 4 months. They are free, safe, and highly effective! Get your children vaccinated as well to protect yourself, your family, your community, and the company. Anyone that hasn't been boosted in the last 4 months is just being irresponsible. Get your injections today!
I don’t think any of the office is CIC certified, I wonder how they meet OSHA to begin with. No real cleaning or sanitization, no first-aid kit, no obvious fire marshal…etc it is just a place for some as--s on some seats. Look how messy it is now due to COVID!
Is the Concord office’ CIC or is there another facility in Concord proper? I know CIC has a Charlotte address, but is right outside of Concord.
It should not be called a vaccine LOL but thought of as the flu shot is, every year and might or might not fully cover you

Let me read up... Does not prevent you from getting or spreading so change the definition of vax. Oh but hey if you do get it after 4 boosters and have not died or been maimed then it protects you from it being worse, yaah oook. Don't know any unvax with long covid, mpox, under 50 with shingles, so yeah keep up your boosters and Wells BS will be the least of your worries
Concord definitely getting downsized in from the future along with most other CA locations….a few front office roles will stay but the bottom line is the Company owns space where it will be longer term (NYC/Charlotte/Minneapolis/Phoenix/soon Dallas).

You might want to read up on what a vaccine actually is before regurgitating the anti vax talking points.
You people crack me up with your ignorance.
Hahahahahahahahaha. That was hilarious like 6 months ago… try to find new material, it’s getting stale.
Yeah they will close Concord site when the new signed lease for the new building is up, see ya in 10 years troll.
Those non revenue generating employees are saving the bank’s, and trolls, like yourself, as--s from being busted even more by the regulators!
How about Sacramento and San Francisco? They aren’t revenue generating and new leases were signed.
Concord signed a lease before the pandemic for the new building, I don’t think anyone thinks about leases situation 10 years in advance.
So suck your own di** and stop venting hatred and spreading trolls that you have no knowledge about.
The lease was not renewed on Frederick, MD site and it is being shutdown.
Concord campus won’t exist for much longer. No reason to have non revenue generating employees in high cost cities.
Did they fully shut down Frederick MD location?
I am curious how is it like in other sites?
Seems like Concord is a big elephant in the room since I saw more than a post about the office here at least twice in less than a week
I'm guessing that 90% of the team there is vaccinated. Doesn't seem like an outbreak is a problem. Read the CDC studies. HIGHLY effective.
With RTO mandates, the company actions (masks and testing) only protect the company - if you are sick you can't work. People concern would lead to RTO.
Ahhhh! They only send notifications and require masks/testing because it is an OSHA requirement. If it were up to our unethical execs and spineless managers, they will sweep it under the rug, like they do with everything!
I agree with you and am sorry to hear. Glad that WFC is taking some action (too little too late), but not surprised that they are not taking the easy, considerate and obvious road.
Honestly, Wells Fargo sucks in just about every way possible.
