SVB and his cronies are gaslighting individuals into thinking that WFT is the place to be. Prep for your interviews, jobs for engineers are plenty. You don't have to join a Coinbase or Netflix or Tesla .. There are much better companies than WF out there.

SVB is such a joker! He says that because tech has made Pluralsight available to employees, we would be able to move to a modern tech stack. The tone deaf leadership does not realize that people are leaving because leadership is moving at a snail's pace and we can't get anything done. Just look at how many "Head of Strategy and Architecture" did DTI under Chinny had in the past two years. Now the entire team in moved under a guy who manages "Application performance" and has a degree in English!
