At least the system still allows us to generate transfer pins when nothing else works. I'm just doing whats best for the customer.

Everyday is getting worse and worse and don't ever say anything in front of a manager because then you are negative and not a team player, I dare you complaining about only 2 reps with 10 customers in Q. LOL!

How can we be a Billion Dollar company and have such sh---y POS systems!? They were fine years ago when we had NetAce. Can’t do a simple plan change, upgrade and TMP MD add without praying to the gods that it goes through flawlessly. Do better, Verizon. Who signed off on this system saying it was acceptable?
