Thread regarding 3M layoffs

No hope for getting back on track

To bring down a company to such an extent that has "survived" 120 years could be made into a case study. I no longer believe that issues here can be fixed and that the company can get back on track. Any optimists out there?

They’ll probably sc--w over veterans using legal loopholes so they don’t pay their debt. Their karma won’t stop chasing them.

During my time, I am remember a mid level manager getting fired for putting cameras in ladies bathrooms. This company is garbage. The people in it have gotten away with a lot of crud too in the past. Cut your losses asap.

They’ll probably sell a couple of divisions this year to pay off the bellwether settlements. As more legal troubles come, they’ll have to sell the rest of the company. I think layoffs are coming very soon.

Optimistic they execute the food safety spin out this year and have 1 or 2 beat Qs but long term is less optimistic
