I was laid off from a competitor bank in March. I am getting read to apply for a position at Wells Fargo but I am not sure about your vaxx policy. Is it still required to be vaccinated? TIA

That's funny, I have a good sized team and wrote a lot of reviews. No one made me do any inconsistently meets. Maybe YOUR group does this, but it's not company wide.
Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Wells Fargo requires managers to randomly select 30% of performing employees to give them “inconsistently meets” (a 2 out of 5) every year, so if you’re on a team of 6, that’s gonna happen every couple of years, at least. Also, they only match your 401K contributions once a year - Dec 15 - IF you don’t quit or are laid off first. AND if you are cut, no prorated match. The middle managers are wet noodle “yes men & women” and you will never get more than a 2% merit increase in your entire career and that is when you get a “meets.” Trust me, you’ll regret working for this sinking ship of a company.
It never was required. Just "highly encouraged'.
