Unfornately, layoffs are not at all performance or years of service based and Many More layoffs are coming, until all HLAs are notified. They're doing it in waves & letting HLAs know they're "on call" during their last 30 days. This way they can phase out Refi all together and also the reason why they're laying off in waves. Purchase layoffs are also coming.
17 Years of Service with Chase. Starting at age 20,... Entire young adult life, GONE!
But, new hires doing sloppy work & taking less apps still employed. Wtf happened to, "last to hire, first to fire?"

They are even letting people go with 10 + years at SHOC.
Does anyone know around how many HLA’s were let go? In either site.
HLA and associates were let go this morning at Phoenix Shoc. They are letting go of newer people. They’ve also let a couple HLA managers go. They stated they are selected based off many factors. Some of the people let go were performing better than others . It seems it’s not just performance they are considering.
Are we done for today or still will be more Layoff this week ? another ordinal for the one didn’t get let go. Can’t live every day wondering. Thank you
Sales / HLA's will be the last to go. But go they will if they don't produce loans. This is just the beginning.

Are the ULDP (Underwriting Leadership Development Program ) Losers still employed ?????
