For your own good, don't become the guy management looks at and figures out they can drop on all the work that still has to be done but there's nobody to it anymore. Don't be the guy who never complains and gives them no trouble and ends up with five times more work for no reward. You'll have no personal life and you'll have nothing to show for it. Show some resistance. Push back. Don't get everything done in time or at all. Don't make them think they can get away with this.

No worries. I don't work late at all, if the work piles up then it piles up.
A team of 6 goes to a team of 2. I’m not going to stress about it. Only can do so much. Upper management will see it hurting lower people issues then
I mentally checked out the day of the first layoffs in May. Bare minimum is what I have been providing.
