Thread regarding JPMorgan Chase & Co. layoffs

Managers, and so-called Supervisors, have no respect for Staffs Time.

I work in an area where the new manager and supervisor have no respect for the staff.

First, they come in between 9 and 10 while the rest of us are in between 8 and 9 because of work requirements and hardly say anything to us.

You would think they would be organized as managers but have no sense of organization or managing. They allow backups and main workers to be off at the same time, even though they have recently created a time off approval process and notification. The supervisors don't advise a senior staff when they will be out or at meetings causing issues when a problem occurs.

Supervisors approach staff when it's their time to leave, asking you to train someone. They don't schedule it ahead of time or let the trainer or the person needing training ahead of time, cause disagreements.

Some people are afraid to speak up because the supervisor has vocally said if anyone doesn't like they can leave or will be let go. The new Bank autocrats speak in their native language with the boss and their favorites leaving us English speaking in the dark.

I agree with the supervisors and management coming in later, while I'm here at 7 or 8am, already.
By the time 5:00 pm rolls in, i'm tired, and I start packing up leaving. They look at me like I'm crazy, but guess what? I was here in the office early, while you were just rolling out of bed.

For Gods sake. You consider yourself an "English Speaker"? With a post like that. How did you graduate high school?
