In general, it is not surprising that this company is on a downward trajectory because the leadership hasn't had any vision or direction for a while now.
That's how I feel about it anyway but I would like someone to convince me that this is not the case.

I agree. Leadership is stale and has been. They were saved by covid, otherwise Schulman would've been gone. He'd probably be gone if Rainey hadn't found an exit first. Good luck, Walmart.
