I love my job, but the expectations that an employee works at full capacity all the time are unrealistic. Working too hard all the time just isn’t feasible.
My impression is that most of us here are experiencing a burnout. Isn't that so? Chase doesn't care though.

I've been burnt out for a year now and was optimistic that I'd come out of it but no luck...
