I love the amount of meetings, sorry, “pull ups” that are scheduled everyday. Maybe I’ll “put that one in the parking lot” and grab my 4th coffee of the day at 5:30pm.
I think they’re more concerned about ranking in top 100 lists than they are the actual work. There isn’t a month that goes by where an email comes in from comms asking everyone to fill out some mindless survey about how they love the company.
I also blame HR for their egotistical selection process. A friend was rejected from Capital One multiple times and she went to tier 1 school with multiple degrees and work experience. She turned around and scored a level 7 senior position at Amazon. Never looked back.
The attrition rate is so high because this place is out of control with vindictive people everywhere. This is a lie.
Those kool-aid stains are getting so bad you are looking like The Joker.
A joke. I saw that, and laughed. A company that protects bully, psycho managers. Robotic coworkers who walk around with their noses in their laptops all day.
Glad I'm out of there.
