With Oracle’s looming death, corrupt Mgrs & VPs, layoffs, VP filing fraudulent patent and upcoming media attention. focused on his demise, SEC ethics violations forthcoming, undeveloped product development causing much grief and public embarrassment to the company, employee abuse etc …. All the unhealthy things that Oracle has become due to lack of qualified leadership & accountability
However… There is much hope & be grateful because Oracle is a leader in causing a huge shift in our history.
The big tech companies that do not care about people are having serious trinkets. Investors moving money out the big tech companies & funding startups with positive mission statements that will guide their future success that are about helping people., the planet with ruled and accountability for all people including management. This not a foreign practice in most places as it is lay Oracle. The arrogant oligarchy is falling, self destructing with no one in their corner and no where to go.
Whereas these startups that are providing a positive environment for employees with encouragement & rewards, training etc. are thriving.
There are startups that are succeeding due prob archaic employee treatment like O.

They are legal. They have rules and accountability set with positive fair employee managers. They do not believe in the archaic incompetent corrupt fraudulent patent filings. stealing work from subordinates , negative mind control, employee abuse tactics, employees are commodities mentality, etc. The list is too long for this post.
They believe in people.product, service and success.
Be encouraged. If you are in the lay-off be thankful and find a company as in this example. If you don’t are not in lay-off don’t let age be a factor for you because it’s not for many of the companies that now care about people. Oracle is already on life support it’s just a matter of time before the plug will be pulled investors cut your loses, pull out invest in one the startups that put people first and you make the money loss back quickly.
They do have to limits: Oracle VPs do-g stand a chance a getting even a job cleaning toilets at these new places that practice incredible management styles.
