He left Verizon then helped frontier out of bankruptcy and is rebuilding the brand.
Have a look at the leadership. Notice anything vs VZ leadership?

BOD bet the farm on Hans 'success' with 4G. Problem is - he was nothing after that, and was let go from his old job.... That should have been a sign.
Nothing stopping the company from letting Hans go now, and bringing in Stratton!
We need Stratton back. Seemed very sharp.
Remember when Stratton called Hans. The sweed we need. He blew that one. Good for him thou, he was a nice guy. Now, it's a woke sh-t show.
2jem+1hbAyF0C Not ignorant at all! Looks like all the Frontier leadership are Americans.
Looks like Verizon’s new leadership are Swedish, Finnish, Indian, Canadian and Argentinian. I agree Stratton should have been CEO. Verizon might be in a better spot right now versus on a downward spiral.
Most came from VZ. Just like John Stratton. In fact the company is in the pickle that it is in because they passed up Stratton running the company for Hans and 5G. Looks like Frontier got the better deal.
What am I looking for in the leadership? Please elaborate for the ignorant…
It used to be so easy working here with you
You were light and breezy and we knew just what to do
Now I'm so unhappy, and I feel like a fool
And it's too late, baby, now it's too late
Though we really did try to make it
