It doesn’t seem to me that attrition is slowing down. Purely out of curiosity I would like to know which jobs have the highest quit rate?

Sales?
What do they do? The run to the ECA for everything. Even for creating the DAS, the ECA has to provide all the information to fill in the forms.
If sales has the highest attrition rate it is because the professionals among them are looking for real sales jobs that pay them well to perform.
Not techies, sales have had the highest turnover over a very long period of time! They messed up compensation, where I could close a multi million dollar deal, and get nothing until the customer started consuming.

LOL. Once they figure out they are tasked with selling products that

b. nobody wants
they understand what a no-win proposition it is and head for the door.
Technical consultants are in high demand, and can easily draw a 50%+ increase in salary as well as stock.
