LOL who asked this question? HR?
Xerox makes my eyes bleed. 🩸
Why would I go back to that garbage company that has a trash product nobody wants in a declining market that can never recover ?
No, I'm looking at this cool place instead, Conduent ;)
No, since 2018 predominantly, and Burnsed-out years, its once bitten, twice shy for me.
Nope. Never. I'll never work for a company that has ties to Carl Icahn ever again.
All jobs at Xerox are still jobs at Xerox and subject to the same toxic management so there is no such thing as a “better job” at Xerox. With that said if there was the opportunity to re join Xerox for more money and the timing and convenience was good for me I would do it. It’s all about the money now. Pride of your employer, loyalty and valuing the employee and the customer left the Xerox management philosophy a long time ago and the egos of leadership have taken over. Which is why they haven’t grown yoy revenues in over 20 years.
Every time someone gives notice at Xerox, an Angel gets its wings
Why would one return to a job where you worry about losing it every quarter? No thanks!
He-l to the no!!!!!
Giving my notice was the best day ever, I would NEVER work for them or HCL ever again!!!!!
They don’t bounce……..Yet.
I would go to a food pantry before I would ever go back to Xerox!!!
Never in a Billion Years. Not for all the tea in China. So done. So happy.
Probably for the money , definitely not
for career advancement or long term
employment ..
Yes, it is a job, it is about the pay. It is not like you are joining a cult. I don't get it. I come to work - I get paid. I want to make more money. How would this be different? Xerox paychecks don't bounce. Go for the money.
Never. There are so many better employers out there.
Sure, for a high paying temporary contract position!
Never for a direct full time position!
Not. A. Chance.
Not for 3x the pay.
Or would you run and never look back?
