Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

More insider trading

“Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ:FISV – Get Rating) COO Guy Chiarello sold 4,000 shares of the business’s stock in a transaction that occurred on Wednesday, July 27th. The stock was sold at an average price of $105.00, for a total value of $420,000.00.”

That’s on top of 15,000 he sold a week earlier. Why are you hanging onto your stock?

Fair points about the $5 and the nefarious definition of insider trading. However, the original post wasn’t meant to convey anything illegal just that “insiders” are selling. That’s not wrong. What I’m suggesting is that we keep our eyes on this trend. Perhaps set a stop loss now. $104? $103? This way if it starts to fall again we get out with a decent price.

Officers are required to pre file these transactions. Pile on when due but this isn’t insider trading

The last time Guy sold shares you encouraged everyone to sell theirs, the price then went UP $5 per share. Let's hope history repeats itself.

Ah Mel Brooks had it right " It's good to be the king." Sums up 90% of the posts on this board.
